So interesting...Having ADHD can make it hard for people to complete tasks because they look at them in terms of size, too big or too long. Low Dopamine and limited beliefs are often the culprit. Starting small, creating micro goals and making more realistic time estimations can make a task/chore more doable and even more fun if the task can include playing music (no lyrics if need to focus), watching a show (if the task is low focus), eating a favorite snack/drink, humming/singing, etc. As a result of trying these strategies, the once perceived hard task can become easier.
