“Empathy is the foundation of meaningful connection. In mental health, it’s not just about treating symptoms—it’s about listening with an open heart, creating a safe space, and helping people rediscover their strength. We heal best when we know we’re not alone. True healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and valued. At the heart of mental health care is compassion—meeting people where they are, without judgment, and walking with them on their journey. Every person’s story is unique, and I believe in providing the support, understanding, and care needed to help them thrive, not just survive.” –Kruti Quazi
