At Fern Collective, every piece begins with a forgotten fabric and a spark of inspiration. I reclaim and reimagine vintage and remnant textiles—transforming them into beautiful, functional goods for everyday living. From vibrant prints to soft neutrals, I work mainly with natural fibers chosen for their texture, weight, and feel. Each item is thoughtfully made to highlight the character of the materials and minimize waste. You can find Fern Collective at curated, artisan pop-up markets in the Philadelphia and Harrisburg areas, as well as online.
The current collection includes handcrafted tote bags, aprons, tea towels, draft stoppers, dresser trays, and vintage-framed pinboards. Reach out to inquire about custom work and revive your attic and storage box treasures!
After many years of raising her family and placing her artwork on the back burner, Sarah is grateful to be creating full-time once again. She earned her BS in Graphic Design from Drexel University and went on to work at design agencies specializing in medical education as well as private and higher education. Deeply passionate about textiles, she brings vintage and remnant materials back to life through sewing and creative reuse—transforming them into meaningful pieces for the home and everyday living.
