Elizabeth’s law practice encompasses estate planning, estate administration, elder law, special needs planning and guardianships. Elizabeth is counsel at the estates planning law firm of Herr, Potts and Potts (HPP) located near the Farmer’s Market in Wayne. HPP has been located in Wayne for over 30 years. Elizabeth prides herself on the firm’s treatment of its clients as family and loves to help people navigate the legal issues she covers in her practice. Elizabeth is committed to providing superior service in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Elizabeth Killackey has lived in Wayne for over 25 years. Prior to living in Wayne, Elizabeth attended Swarthmore College and Villanova Law School. She and her husband, Jeff, raised their three children in Wayne. Elizabeth is a member of both the Chester County Elder Law Committee and the Montgomery County Probate Committee and has volunteered at various wills for seniors events. Elizabeth is also an active member of her community, having served on various Tredyffrin-Easttown school committees, acted a long-term board member of the Old Eagle School House and is currently a Committeeperson for her voting Precinct. In her spare time, Elizabeth is an avid baker and enjoys sharing her cookies with family and friends who need some homemade goodies/support.
